WATCH: Teaser for romantic-horror 'Halik sa Hangin' unveiled

MANILA, Philippines - Julia Montes, Gerald Anderson and JC de Vera come together in a different kind of romance movie, "Halik Sa Hangin."

The romantic-horror movie, which will open in cinemas on January 28, is directed by Emmanuel Quindo Palo.

In the trailer, Alvin (de Vera) was seen pursuing Mia (Montes). The girl, however, crosses paths with Gerald's mysterious character, which made things more complicated. As Mia and Gerald's character fall in love, a secret will tear them apart.

The film was shot in Baguio City with a theme song of the same title interpreted by Ebe Dancel and Abra. The song was an official entry for the Himig Handog PPop Love Songs 2014 by David Dimaguila.
