The call of music
Someone once said that, “Every calling is great when greatly pursued.” How fortunate is young balladeer Kris John Paul Gonzales who knew early on what his life’s calling would be. The young man’s talent was discovered after belting a high note, after watching The Phantom of the Opera in New York City with his parents, Muebles Italiano president and CEO Noel Gonzales and Eileen. Years later, Kris has impressed various audiences with his singing as he stood as a front act at local concerts of international talents like Air Supply, Julio Iglesias and, this time, for Asia’s Got Talent 2015 second runner-up Gerphil Flores at The Theatre at Solaire Resort & Casino. Still in high school, Kris plans to major in Musical Theater when it is time to go to college.
