The Beacon’s ‘residential resort’ living fulfilled with third and final tower

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - GeoEstate Development Corp.’s The Beacon residential condominium’s third tower will complete the project and “will be the mark of fulfillment of our promise of living in a resort-inspired community within the Makati CBD,” says Derryl Camaclang, manager of GeoEstate’s marketing support group and customer relations unit.   “We hope to start the turnover of units by April 2017,” he adds.

Camaclang reports that the construction of the whole podium or base of The Beacon is already complete. Convenience stores, fast-food restaurants and other shops are on the podium’s ground floor.

The first tower, Roces, was completed and turned over in 2011  and is now more than 90 percent occupied, while the second tower, Arnaiz,  was turned over to the unit owners last 2013 and is currently 80 percent occupied.

Meanwhile, seven floors of the 45-story Amorsolo Tower have been constructed to date and more than 40 percent of the building’s studio, two-bedroom and penthouse units have been pre-sold, according to Camaclang.

A select number of units in the Roces and Arnaiz towers remain for homebuyers seeking a ready-for-occupancy city condo.

The Beacon is located at the corner of Don Chino Roces and Arnaiz Avenue in Makati City. Making true on its promise of resort-like daily living is its myriad of outdoor amenities in the podium level’s deck, such as a 450-square-meter adult swimming pool with lap lane, kiddie pool, playground, spacious gardens with gazebos, and jogging trail.

Arnaiz Tower also hosts most of The Beacon’s indoor amenities on its 6th floor, such as a 225-square-meter, two-level gym complemented by a locker room, shower rooms and a sauna. There is also a spacious lounge area for residents to entertain visitors and guests, as well as a first-aid clinic and a playroom.

At the roof deck of the Arnaiz Tower is another sprawling lounge and a mini-theater. There is a barbecue pit and an al fresco area, where families can enjoy either the cool morning sun or nighttime breeze along with any of The Beacon’s spectacular views—the Makati skyline, the Manila Bay horizon, and other parts of the bustling metropolis.
