All aglow for Christmas

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton - The Philippine Star

Everything is Christmas-y at Filinvest City at the grand launch of its Christmas Musical Light Show at the River Park of Festival Supermall.  For openers, guests and spectators were treated to a dazzling evening of beautiful music courtesy of powerful belter Bituin Escalante and the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, and a marvelous spread prepared by Palms Country Club executive chef Hans Neukom. Joining the switch-on ceremonies were Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) chairman emeritus and director Andrew Gotianun, Sr., Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI) executive vice president Catherine Ilagan, Festival Supermall, Inc. senior vice president for Retail Operations Joy Polloso,  FLI vice president for Supply Chain Management Michael Edward Gotianun, and Filarchipelago Hospitality Services assistant vice president for Hotel Services Francis Gotianun.  Besides the eye-catching outdoor décor and installations, Filinvest City has lined up a series of activities as the “Christmas Capital of the South”— a grand fireworks display every Sunday, performances of popular Filipino artists, and there are always plenty of great dining outlets to satisfy one’s taste buds.  The musical light show will run nightly from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. until Dec. 30.  Make this year’s holidays merry and bright.  With over 190,000 Christmas lights installed, Filinvest City’s musical light show is definitely worth a visit.
