MANILA, Philippines — At least 11 persons, including three minors, were arrested for illegal drugs in Metro Manila since the weekend.

Arrested were Russel Mallari, 21; Ross Mayores, 20; Angel Grace Tamayo, 21; and Denice Marie Arana, 22; a 16-year-old girl and two other minors.
