Ex-soldier, 3 others held for drugs

MANILA, Philippines — Four drug suspects, including a former Army soldier, were arrested in separate stings in Quezon City over the weekend.

Anthonitte Gerobise, 42, a former soldier, was collared for alleged possession of P50,000 worth of shabu along Don Francisco street in Barangay Old Balara at around 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Suspected drug pushers Erwin Tuazon, 38, and Jerry Darriguez were nabbed in an anti-narcotics operation along Panay Avenue in Barangay South Triangle yesterday.

Police said they recovered three sachets of shabu from Tuazon and Darriguez.

Members of the Fairview police apprehended Federico Co in a sting along JP Rizal street in Barangay Sta. Lucia.
