Bomb found in Caloocan

MANILA, Philippines — A bomb was discovered at a construction site in Caloocan City on Saturday.

Police said a concerned citizen found the explosive in Barangay 185, North Caloocan.

The bomb was turned over to the Philippine National Police Explosives and Ordnance Division for proper disposition.
