Sri Lanka’s military execs visit Philippines
MANILA, Philippines - Sri Lankan military officers visited the country recently for a study tour and to foster good relations with the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
Army chief Maj. Gen. Robert Arevalo welcomed the delegates of the Sri Lanka Defense Services Command and Staff College last week.
The delegation, composed of officers from the Sri Lankan Army, Air Force and Navy, was headed by Army Maj. Gen. Jeewaka Ruwan Kulatunga.
The delegates visited the Army Museum where they learned the history of the Philippine military.
