MANILA, Philippines - A 54-year-old woman linked to a car rental scam was arrested at a casino in Ermita, Manila on Saturday night.
Police identified the suspect as Ma. Socorro Garcia McShane, of Roxas street, 9th Avenue in Caloocan City.

Police said charges of car theft, falsification of documents, swindling and estafa would be filed against McShane.
