Woman posts sexual assault on FB

MANILA, Philippines - A woman who posted on Facebook that she had been sexually assaulted during a bus ride drew mixed reactions from netizens yesterday.

Kaye Domingo said she was on a bus from Las Piñas en route to Manila when a man in his late 50s sat beside her and started groping her.

She said that at first, she thought the contact was accidental, but when she realized that the man was molesting her, she grabbed her mobile phone and started taking photos.

Domingo’s post drew mixed reactions from netizens, with some saying she should have resisted as soon as the man made his advances. Domingo, however, said being sexually violated is not her fault.
