Bomb threat hits Pasay RTC

MANILA, Philippines - Hearings at the Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) were suspended yesterday afternoon due to a bomb threat.

Felda Domingo, spokesperson for the Pasay RTC Branch 112, said the bomb threat was received at past 1 p.m.

Court employees and people attending hearings at the Pasay City Hall of Justice were evacuated.

Members of the city police special weapons and tactics team and explosives ordnance division scoured the building’s third and fourth floors but found no bomb.

The hall of justice was declared safe after the search.
