Widower claims P194.6-M lotto pot
MANILA, Philippines - A 76-year-old widower from Quezon City has claimed the P194.6-million jackpot of the 6/58 Ultra Lotto, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.
The winner, who has been a lotto player since 1995, bet on a lucky pick.
The jackpot of the online lotto game is now back to P50 million, PCSO general manager Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said.
Rojas said nobody hit the six-digit winning combination 24-10-42-30-25-13 during Sunday’s draw.
He said 12 bettors won P56,040 each after they guessed five digits of the winning combination.
The 6/58 Ultra Lotto is drawn every Friday and Sunday.
