Ex-con stabbed 60 times in Manila

MANILA, Philippines - A suspected robber who served time for illegal drugs was found dead with more than 60 stab wounds in his body in Port Area, Manila yesterday morning.

A barangay watchman found Alfredo Dalora, 28, dying along Aplaya Gasangan in Baseco Compound at past 6 a.m., said Police Officer 3 Jorlan Taluban, a homicide investigator at the Manila Police District.

He said two men attacked Dalura and left him dying on the street. The victim was taken to the Gat Andres Bonifacio Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
