Man rapes pregnant girl, 15

MANILA, Philippines - A stevedore was arrested for allegedly raping a pregnant 15-year-old girl in Manila Saturday night.

Darwin Ogama, of Dubai street, Baseco Compound, Port Area, was caught by operatives of the Manila Police District Children and Women Protection Unit after the victim filed a complaint.

The victim, who is five months pregnant, said Ogama entered her house while she was sleeping at around 11 p.m.

She said the suspect raped her at gunpoint.

The girl said her partner was not around when the incident happened. The victim sought the help of barangay officials, resulting in Ogama’s arrest.
