Mutilated bodies of man, woman found in garbage pile

MANILA, Philippines - A scavenger who was searching for recyclable materials in a garbage pile in Barangay Tugatog in Malabon City had the shock of his life when he found, instead, the chopped bodies of a man and a woman inside a sack.

Superintendent Ariel Fulo, assistant Malabon City police chief, said both victims had wounds on their heads and their legs were cut off.

Police Officer Julius Mabasa described the two as between 45 to 50 years old. The man was fair complexioned and has a height of about 5’2” while the woman has a long black hair with brown highlights and stands about five feet.
