Man stabs partner

MANILA, Philippines – A 40-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stabbing his partner in their home in Quezon City on Saturday morning.

Roderick Requimin was reportedly drunk when he got into an argument with his partner, Rowena Rapadas, and stabbed her in their home in Barangay Baesa at around 6 a.m.

Rapadas, a security guard, was preparing to go to work, police said.

The victim was able to shout for help, prompting the suspect to flee by jumping through the window.

Both the victim and the suspect were rushed to the Quezon City General Hospital for treatment.
