NCRPO reshuffles officials
MANILA, Philippines - The promotion of one of the officials of the National Capital Region Police Office triggered a reshuffle of members of the NCRPO’s command staff.
Chief Superintendent Serapio Garado was named head of the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations (DIPO) Southern Luzon.
Garado replaced Director Federico Castro, who retired last Feb. 23 upon reaching the mandatory retirement age of 56.
A member of the Philippine Military Academy Class ’85, Garado was formerly the NCRPO’s deputy regional director for administration.
NCRPO chief Director Oscar Albayalde said Garado would be replaced by his classmate, Chief Superintendent Rolando Nana.
Nana’s position as deputy regional director for operations would be taken over by Chief Superintendent Amando Clifton Empis, while Senior Superintendent Ramon Rafael is the new chief of directorial staff of the NCRPO.
