LIVE: 6th round of arguments on Torre de Manila case

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court on Tuesday afternoon is set to continue its sixth round of oral arguments on the Torre de Manila case with complainant Knights of Rizal against DMCI Homes Inc.

The sixth hearing will resume at 2 p.m. with Solicitor General Florin Hilbay still on board.

Last week, Hilbay agreed with the position of the Knights of Rizal on the violations in constructing the 46-story Torre de Manila.

In his 10-page position paper, Hilbay told the high court that the Torre de Manila significantly alters the physical integrity of the Rizal monument.
