Gigi Reyes back at Camp Bagong Diwa

MANILA, Philippines - Plunder suspect Gigi Reyes was transferred back to the female dormitory at Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig City on Monday night.

Reyes, co-accused of her former boss Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile in the plunder and graft charges in connection with the pork barrel fund scam, was transferred from the  Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City, where she was transferred from a hospital in Taguig City without the permission of the Sandiganbayan.

Reyes was returned to the female dormitory at past 10 p.m.

She was rushed to the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital on Thursday after suffering from a panic attack following her transfer from a small detention cell at the Sandiganbayan to Camp Bagong Diwa.

She was transferred from the Taguig hospital to the heart center on Saturday.

The doctor who allowed the transfer has been summoned by the court. Report from Janvic Mateo
