Leni Robredo prepares for proclamation
Pangilinan says there is no congressional approval required for the purchase, but the team of incoming president Rodrigo Duterte has been informed of the deal.
Addressing supporters after Holy Mass at Saint Peter's Church in Commonwealth, Quezon City, Robredo says everything that happened to her is providential.
She cites that end of counting of votes on the birthday of her late husband, former Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo.

Incoming vice president Leni Robredo arrives in Manila this morning to attend Holy Mass before her proclamation at the House of Representatives to start at 2 p.m. today.
As expected, Robredo again took an overnight bus from her hometown in Camarines Sur to the metro.
