SMDC employees join medical mission in Marilao, Bulacan

MANILA, Philippines -  SM Development Corp. (SMDC) employees volunteered recently for a medical mission organized by SM Foundation in SM Marilao, Bulacan last month. SMDC had encouraged its employees to devote their time to assist patients during the medical mission.

The largest and fastest-growing residential developer has continuously provided employees with opportunities to be involved and to reach out to people in need and make a difference in their lives.

SMDC employees, the Philippine Red Cross, and doctors from SM Foundation dedicated their day to attend to the patients who received free medical consultation and prescribed medicine. As instructed by the doctors, the patients were also directed for laboratory tests like ECG and and X-ray at the mobile clinic outside the mall.

Hilda Tomach of Lambakin, Marilao was grateful that her child received treatment during the medical mission, which gave priority to senior citizens. She also commended that the medicines, vitamins and tests her baby needed were all available and free of charge.
