Sexy Talk with Echo

Good enough, said Jericho “Echo” Rosales.

True, he didn’t come home with a major award from the just-concluded Newport Beach Film Festival held in Newport Beach, California, but the Outstanding Achievement in Filmmaking Acting honor given him was, true to the title, an achievement to be proud of, considering that there were 400 (out of the 2,000 screened) films in the festival representing 50 countries.

Echo was cited for Subject: I Love You in which he plays the lead character Victor whose love for a disco deejay named Butterfly, played by Briana Evigan (of the movie Step-Up, etc.), leads him to send a love letter that comes with a virus through e-mail.

There were five categories in the filmfest: Jury Awards (for Best Feature Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, etc.), 2011 Audience Awards, 2011 Newport Beach Film Festival Honors, The 2011 Chuck Jones Center for Creativity Award for Achievement in Animation, and the 2011 MacGillivrayFreeman Films Awards.

Echo won in the 2011 Newport Beach Film Festival Honors category.

He was in the cast of ABS-CBN soap Green Rose which ended last Friday. Echo has just been tapped as the newest endorser of 555 Tuna (Lamang ang Malaman).

“I endorse only products that I really believe in,” said Echo. “555 Tuna has been part of my diet for a long time now.”

What is sexy to you?

“Sexy for me is a healthy mind and a healthy body! I find intelligence very sexy! A good conversation with a girl could be very sexy for me!”

What makes you feel sexy?

“What makes me feel sexy is every time I come from the beach after coming either from a surf trip or any adventure. I also feel sexy after every work out…any kind of physical workout.”

Name three men you find as sexy as you are.

“Okay, Bayani Agbayani, Empoy and Smokey Manaloto!”

What part of your body do you consider sexy?

“I think... My shoulders and my arms.”

What part of a woman’s body do you find sexiest?

“What part of a woman’s body...? Well, the neck and collarbone! And her hips and lips!”

Sexiest part of the house?

“The kitchen. Kitchen = skill, comfort and satisfaction. I find a clean but often used kitchen very sexy!”

Sexiest time of the day?

“Eight p.m. That time for me is the culmination of my day! I should have done everything by that time so it’s time to relax at around 8 p.m.!”

Sexiest song?

“Lenny Kravitz’s Heaven Help. Listen to the song and you’ll know what I mean! Music is best experienced than explained!”

Sexiest musical instrument?

“For me, it’s the guitar!”

Sexiest food?

“Sushi.”

“Of course, Jericho scents by Natasha!”

Sexiest clothing (pajamas, boxers, biking tights, briefs)?

“A crisp white shirt (rock a tie) or a white V-neck shirt and a pair of dark jeans! Boxer shorts for added comfort!”

“1965 Mustang GT 350 Fastback! It has a sexy body, a sexy engine. The back seat is a treat because you can see the moon and the stars from there!”

“Cat. I have a cat named Silver! Must meet! He thinks he is Spanish.”

“The latest Mint Billboard by Mark Nicdao!”

“Comic books like Watchmen graphic novels.”
