Some are already talking about how strong it will be and how many lives will be lost, all based on speculations weather forecasters have not even made.

One netizen told The EAR she got into a fight with a friend who kept posting alarmist message on social media even without verifying if it was true. The fight spread to their circle of friends.

"Bisa'g wa pa ang bagyo naa na'y damage," the netizen said.
