The Visayas-Mindanao delegates to the 1971 Constitutional Convention (Part 2)

The constitutional convention that drafted what was known later as the 1973 Constitution that changed the 1935 Constitution was elected on November 10, 1970. The delegates for Visayas and Mindanao were:

Bohol: 1st District - Natalio R. Castillo Jr. and Victor dela Serna. 2nd District - Teogenes Borja and Jose S. Zafra. 3rd District - Carlos P. Garcia and Simplico M. Apalisok.

Bukidnon: Lone District - Dante Sarraga, Luis R. Lorenzo, and Alfredo J. Lagamon.

Camiguin: Lone District - Pedro R. Romualdo and Antonio V. Borromeo.

Capiz: 1st District - Enrique M. Belo and George H. Viterbo. 2nd District - Dandy K. Tupaz and Pedro G. Exmundo.

Davao del Norte: Lone District - Camilo L. Sabio, Gaudioso R. Buen, Lauro C. Arabejo, and Ramon Tirol.

Davao del Sur: Lone District - Ismael Veloso, Leon M. Garcia Jr., Pedro S. Castillo, Dominador F. Carillo, Samuel C. Occena, and Jesus V. Matas.

Davao Oriental: Lone District - Adolfo A. Angala and Antonio D. Olmedo.

Eastern Samar: Lone District - Jaime C. Opinion and Generoso A. Juaban.

Iloilo: 1st District - Salvador B. Britanico, Lourdes S. Trono. 2nd District - Emilio M. dela Cruz II and Oscar Ledesma. 3rd District - Manuel C. Locsin and Antonio Sorongon. 4th District - Ramon A. Gonzales and Licurgo T. Tirador. 5th District - Sonia S. Aldeguer and Juan V. Borra.

Leyte: 1st District - Cirilo Roy Montejo and Eduardo Quintero. 2nd District - Damian V. Aldaba and Francisco A. Astilla. 3rd District - Ramon V. Salazar and Antero M. Bongbong. 4th District - Domingo Veloso and Flor L. Sagadal. (To be continued)
