Favorite. Where to do drugs? For a former government official, a favorite haven was a place in Cebu City near Barangay Calamba. According to an EAR informer, this former executive was often sighted in the vicinity of a subdivision in the area supposedly to sniff drugs.

Confirmed. “Lahi ra gyud to siya kay siya’y mangunay og adto sa suyupanan. Naay mga nakakita nga inig gawas niya, sabog na og nawong,” the informer said. “Murag di gyud to mahadlok ba. Maong motuo gyud ko nga tinuod ang mga hunginhong mahitungod niya.”
