Can we stand up to China?

You and what army? Two men were overheard talking about what would happen if China and the Philippines went to war over territory. The first man said Cebu will be protected because of the two supersonic fighter jets we have that recently did an introductory familiarization flight over Cebu.

“Amaw, duha ra na ka eroplano,” the second man said, “ang China di maihap ang ilang mga fighter jet.”

“Kana diay mga aircraft carrier, wa diay ta ana?” the first man went on.

“Asa gud ‘tawn ta ana uy? Bisa’g submarino wa man ta,” the second man replied.
