ON A MISSION.  Most Caucasians keep away when they see homeless children huddling or begging in the streets. However an Ear source reported there is one foreigner who does exactly the opposite and gives them food and keeps them company for a while.

No, he is not a child predator or a pedophile, according to the source. He appears to be genuinely concerned for the kids and keeps on looking for ways to get them off the streets.

Sometimes the foreigner is joined by his wife and they bring books for the kids to read.
