Unmanned police outpost?

SNATCHING ZONE. The area across the new site of the Cebu City Medical Center leading to the intersection of V. Rama Street is notorious for presence of snatchers. These unscrupulous men reportedly victimize unsuspecting jeepney passengers and often attack as soon as the street light goes green. Victims either lose their phones or jewelry to these snatchers, an EAR informer said.

EMPTY OUTPOST. Near the intersection of V. Rama and NatalioBacalsoAvenua, a police outpost stands. However, the EAR informer reported that the outpost has not been manned by even just one police officer at night. "Maayo unta ilang posting-ngan na dihanglugara para magpanagana ang mga Kawatan," he said.
