Rare taxi operator

CABBIES. Rolando (family name withtheld upon request) has six cabbies who take turns in driving his three taxicabs. Rolando is a different kind of taxi operator, according to an Ear informer. He leads his drivers to hear Mass at the Basilica del Sto. Niño Sundaymorning before they take off from the garage to work.

GOOD MANNERS. Rolando, called by his drivers only as "Tatay Roly" never fails to remind his drivers about the need for them to always show their passengers good manners. Like greeting them "Good morning," "Good afternoon," or whatever time of the day.

COMPLAINTS. "Tatay Roly" has hired a regular employee who attends to passengers' complaints if any.
