Malaysia: The root of Muslim separatism!

SHOOTING STRAIGHT - Bobit S. Avila - The Freeman

Most people are still focused on the issue of the Mamasapano massacre simply because the truth has never surfaced to the satisfaction of the Filipino people and worse… the massive cover-up by Malacañang has only made matters worse. This week we saw that report from the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, which they gave to the Malaysian government and somehow this was transmitted to the Philippine government.

That report said that the Special Action Force   fired first and thus the SAF violated the ceasefire agreement. So, if this is true, the question begging for an answer is, who sent those SAF troopers to Mamasapano on that covert mission called Oplan Exodus and thus violated the ceasefire agreement? Incidentally whatever happened to Oplan Wolverine?

Yes, this mission was originally called Wolverine and no one cared to answer my queries when did Wolverine turn into Exodus? No doubt this caused a lot of confusion, which was the aim of Malacañang -- to confuse the Filipino people especially the uneducated masses who are so stupid anyway to accept, hook, line and sinker whatever Malacañang tells them.

There is no doubt that the Mamasapano massacre (yes, Sec. De Lima and CHR Chair Etta Rosales, it was a massacre!) opened a Pandora's Box called the Bangsamoro Basic Law  that despite the Mamasapano debacle, it is still being pushed by the inutile Aquino Regime. The principal sponsor of the BBL is Malaysia and now is the best time to ask…what is the interest of Malaysia in our internal affairs? Ah… it is for the protection of Sabah, which is under the Sultan of Sulu and of Sabah, where sovereignty was given to the Philippines way back in September 1963 and accepted by then Vice President Emmanuel Pelaez in his concurrent capacity as Foreign Secretary.

So it is time to stop and ponder and ask… if there is a Muslim separatist movement in Mindanao, there is no more doubt that this was fueled by Malaysia in response to the so-called Jabidah massacre, which a week ago, former Press Secretary Bobi Tiglao, who now writes columns in the Manila Standard, exposed as a "hoax." Indeed, there were no grieving families from Sulu who were demanding justice for the so-called massacred Muslim youths. This was something that few Filipinos knew about. But now the truth has surfaced and the Filipino people were fooled and I can only hope that the people would wake up from their slumber.

Meanwhile, I got this letter from a good friend, who used to live in Cebu when they opened the Waterfront Hotel. Here's his letter in full:

"Bobit, When I was working with the Malaysians in Waterfront, among them was an old scholar who was visiting Cebu as a guest of Chua Ma Yu.  Our conversation drifted into Sabah.  He said it is common knowledge in Malaysia that Sabah is owned by the Kiram family of Sulo and that is why Malaysia is paying rent. However, he had also a story about how they knew about Marcos' plan to invade Sabah with his own private army....hence the Jabidah massacre.

From that time on, the Malaysian government, he said, decided to fund the Muslims in Mindanao so that our Philippine armed forces will be in perpetual war and the Philippines will be too busy fighting the Muslims and have no time nor resources left to go to Sabah.  He said that the Malaysian Embassy in the Philippines is the most sensitive and most important diplomatic post for Malaysia because it maintains covert relations with the Mindanao Muslims."

My friend asked me not to mention his name. But indeed, my suspicions about the involvement of Malaysia in our peace process only points us to the truth… Malaysia doesn't want the Philippines to lay claim on Sabah because it is where most of the oil in Malaysia comes from. Fortunately for Malaysia, it found an ally with the Aquino family, in Sen. Lorenzo Sumulong, the uncle of Pres. Cory Aquino who in 1963 debated with then Sen. Jovito Salonga, where in my book, Salonga won that debate.

Then came the late Sen. Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino, Jr. who asked the Malaysians to support him against the conjugal Marcos dictatorship with promises to Malaysia that the Philippine claim to Sabah will not be pursued when the Aquinos are in power. This is why today; Pres. Aquino is openly siding with the Malaysians on the Sabah issue for his own personal reasons. But we know too well that if the BBL were passed, the MILF would dismember the Philippines because they would have their own "Bangsa" which translates to nation. Only the stupid or paid hacks of the Aquino Regime insist that the BBL is good for the nation.

If the BBL is good for the country, how come the majority of the people in Mindanao do not support it? Someone put this statement on Facebook, "There are 70 million non-Muslim Filipinos who are ready to fight for their country, why does the Imperial Manila government allow the 7,000 MILF terrorists to bully us?" This is for PNoy to answer truthfully!
