Happy at last

HELP. A woman in her 70s, who in the past missed several times to avail of the financial help for senior citizens from Cebu City because she lived alone, was just over the moon when her share of the assistance was delivered to her doorsteps by a barangay hall worker.

ALONE. "It's difficult for me to claim my share for several reasons," she said.

FRIGHTENING. Getting out of the house is easy but the thought of failing to find my way home frightens me, she said.
