Indon medicines

MEDICINE. Some OFWs coming home from Indonesia have with them medicines in commercial packing with wordings in Indonesian language. They say these are top selling local (Indonesian) home remedy medicines for ailments like headache, cough, mascular pains, etcetera.

QUESTION. Our Ear informer said he has been asked by some OFWs if these medicines are "acceptable by Philippine health authorities." Our informer said not being a "health authority," he could not answer yes or no. Still they're using these medicines because they're not banned in Indonesia, the OFWs say.
