Singing during heavy traffic

SINGING.  A medical doctor who loves to sing aloud in his car while waiting for the heavy traffic to get lighter, was threatened with a traffic violation ticket by a traffic enforcer. "Ngano man?" he asked the enforcer. "Is it a crime for anyone to sing inside his car?"

WRONG. The doctor could not wait for the enforcer's reply as the traffic light had already turned green. "Something is wrong with that traffic enforcer," he said to himself. The doc said it's stressful being caught in a traffic jam so he sings to while away his time.
