On Wednesday, clips from the first episode was uploaded on Youtube.

The first video shows the rock-star chef being schooled by a Manila-based rock band "Keystone" on how to properly cook adobo.

It features the group and Bourdain chatting over food and music as one of the members arrives with the dish on a plate.

"Is there a single authentic recipe of adobo or does everybody do it differently?" asks Bourdain. That's when Drummer Mark Esguerra shared him the authentic recipe adobo.

Another video shows Bourdain hanging out with another music group in the streets of Manila while eating the delicious pork sisig. Bourdain describes sisig as a hot sizzling pig face with a runny egg on top.  "Nothing is getting in between me and this spicy, chewy, fatty goodness," he says in the video.

The seventh season of “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown” will be aired on April 24. This is not the first time Bourdain featured the Philippines. In 2009, he visited Manila, Cebu and Pampanga for the fifth season of his defunct show "No Reservations."
