Niku buns at Banzai: The Great Authentic Japanese Buffet

Banzai: The Great Authentic Japanese Buffet at SM by the Bay offers its Japanese Street Food Festival. Buffet 101 now at Glorietta 2

Buffet 101 recently opened at Glorietta 2.  Buffet 101 serves a wide array of international cuisine, from Korean, Japanese and Chinese to Western and Filipino. The all-meat carving station offers prime rib with sweet hickory barbecue sauce, roast beef and pork belly. At the Chinese and Japanese stations, dishes include spicy salmon, white pepper crab, fresh live suahe and sushi. The Filipino station includes sisig, kare-kare, chicken inasal and palabok.
