Ladies in red

Red brightens up any wardrobe.  It can be worn in any season or time of the day.  Red flatters most complexions and is considered a mood lifter.

Representing love, beauty and passion as well as danger, anger and revolution, the color red ranges from orangey vermillion, scarlet’s mix of red and orange tints to dark red burgundy, bluish crimson and brownish maroon.

We often wear red to celebrate  birthdays and weddings to signify happiness and prosperity. Lately, I have noticed that a number of Manila’s fashionable set are wearing my favorite color and these ladies have willingly shared their favorite red outfit.

Clothes need not be expensive.  It is important  to remember that the design should fit one’s body shape — highlighting the positive and downplaying the negative.
