Lists, even the most inane, are always fun. And thanks to evolving technology, music hit lists have become more interesting. No longer are hits measured by record sales alone. There is streaming, downloading, hits on Pandora or Amazon, tweets, etc. etc. Now with 2017 coming to a close in only a few days, music platforms have come up with their lists of the biggest sellers and of the best. Here are some of them.

From Billboard Magazine, still the acknowledged bible of the music industry, the publication that has chronicled the coming and the going of hit songs and the people behind them for over 60 years, here are the Top 20 titles in the Year-End Hot 100 Songs chart.
