MANILA, Philippines — Like a pro in handling bashers, Kapamilya actress Maris Racal laughed off the viral Star Magic Ball photo of her which netizens converted into a meme.
In the viral photo, former Pinoy Big Brother teen housemate Maris Racal appeared to be being pacified by her loveteam and rumored boyfriend Iñigo Pascual as they walked the red carpet.
In jest, Maris poked fun at the photo saying Ivy Aguas, a protagonist-villain character played by Maja Salvador in top-rating teleserye “Wildflower” possessed her.
Ivy’s character is known for being fierce and a vengeful fighter.

Photos of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Maja at the Star Magic Ball red carpet also went viral with references to the latter's character as Ivy. Both celebrities were wearing black gowns.
“Wildflower” recently trended for the wedding scene where Ivy wore a remarkable black wedding gown.
Pia who wore a black fully crystallized embroidered sheer and off-shoulder dress designed by Ezra Santos. The beauty queen was named as one of the best dressed at the Star Magic Ball 2017.
