John Lloyd Cruz spends weekend with Ellen Adarna

MANILA, Philippines — Their photos and videos together are all over the Internet, but Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz still chooses to remain silent on the romantic issue involving him with “Home Sweetie Home” co-star Ellen Adarna.

John Lloyd, or JLC, still refuses to answer questions from the media that fuels more the speculations that there is really something special between the two.

“Masyadong personal namang ‘yung tanong mo. Ayoko nang pag-usapan. Iba na lang,” the versatile actor told Philstar.com during the recent launch of his Magic Crackers app.

In a recent article of Philstar.com, Ellen said she is willing to be the next “Basha” of “Popoy,” characters from John Lloyd’s timeless 2007 movie “One More Chance.”

After the success of his recent movie with "Popstar Royalty" Sarah Geronimo, John Lloyd continues to be busy with his craft and is now a big part of a mobile app from his long-time product endorsement Magic Flakes.

During the #MagicMoments event recently at the Trinoma Activity Center, Jack n’ Jill, together with the blockbuster actor, launched the mobile app aims to give users a “kilig” function where videos of John Lloyd appear as if you and him are communicating.

“In line with our effort to go digital, we launched the mobile app to give Filipinos a wonderful opportunity,” said brand representative Bixie Sese.

After the event, John Lloyd bonded with fans as he treats 13 raffle winners to a special dinner date. After this date, did he go on a date with Ellen, too?
