Marian Rivera's advice to moms: Don't neglect your looks
MANILA, Philippines — Marian Rivera advised mothers and wives to take care of themselves and their appearance despite their tough work.
Marian, undoubtedly one of the prettiest faces in the industry today, said motherhood should not make mothers lose their confidence and radiance for their husbands and children.
"Minsan napapabayaan ng mga nanay sarili nila kasi sobrang dedicated nila na inaalay nila lahat sa anak nila...Gusto ko isa ako sa mga gawin nilang role model," Marian, who is the newest face of AVON products, said.
"Hindi porket may asawa ka, anak ka, pababayaan mo ang sarili mo...The more na inaalagaan mo sarili mo at nakikita ng mga tao, walang dahilan para hindi ka nila i-admire," she added.
The 32-year-old mom who gave birth to her first-born with husband Dingdong Dantes last year hopes to be an inspiration to all the Filipino mothers by becoming a beauty brand endorser.
"Kahit nasa bahay ka, busy ka sa pag-aalaga ng anak mo, iniintindi mo yung asawa mo, walang dahilan para hindi ka makapagtrabaho," she said.
