Why Kean Cipriano, Chynna Ortaleza remain private about their daughter?

MANILA, Philippines – Kean Cirpriano said he and his wife Chynna Ortaleza mutually decided to keep their family life private.

The couple surprised the public on Dec. 31, 2015 when they announced on Instagram that they’re already married. They elicited the same reaction when they didn’t announce that Chynna already gave birth to their daughter named Stellar in April.

“Yeah, we live in an environment na public… pero hindi kami mapi-pressure sa isang bagay na desisyon namin,” said Kean about having a private family life, Philippine Entertainment Portal reported. “We’re not hiding anything, it’s just that we’re private, we’re careful.”

"We’re talking about family now, it’s not just the artists, it’s a family thing already. I’m sure you’ll protect your family as much as you can. You don’t give out information,” Kean said.

Kean added that instead of talking about their family, he and his wife would rather talk about their craft to the public.

The singer-actor stars in the Regal Film "That Thing Called Tanga Na" which will be in cinemas on August 10. - Joyce Jimenez
