Zsa Zsa Padilla remains positive despite breakup with Conrad Onglao

MANILA, Philippines — Zsa Zsa Padilla chose to focus on the positive side of her breakup with architect Conrad Onglao.

It was in May when reports about their breakup came out, which was confirmed by her daughter Karylle.

“That’s what you see kasi, it’s a calmer and more peaceful me,” she said at event of B-Vitamin Neurobion on Monday, a reported by Push.com.ph.

“When you go through difficult things in life, that’s what happens to you, you just hold on to your faith. Not that you’ve lost it but sometimes di ba medyo parang hindi mo siya masyado nabibigyan ng priority,” she added.

She’s thankful to her friends who helped her remain positive, especially during the time when she felt anger in her heart.

“It’s so hard to be angry din, e, kasi parang it’s exhausting. It’s really exhausting,” she said. “Of course everyone knew that I was the one who left 'di ba? You leave because things are not working out, 'di ba, in your relationship so there.”

Since the cause of their breakup was still not clear, the Divine Diva was asked if she’s willing to open up about it. However, she maintained that she wanted to keep those details between her and Onglao.

“I just want to leave it between the two of us because… huwag na lang,” she replied. “I’ve made a pact na not to talk about my personal life so much. Kasi sabi ko over-sharing is not good.”

Zsa Zsa and Ryan Agoncillo were invited on Monday to join Neurobion’s Neuropathy Awareness Movement through the Helping True Heroes campaign. – Joyce Jimenez
