Sharon happy over chemistry with Lea, Bamboo in ‘The Voice Kids’

MANILA, Philippines – Sharon Cuneta is happy that she has good working relationship with coaches Bamboo and Lea Salonga.

She’s the new coach of this season's “The Voice Kids” after Sarah Geronimo took a “break” from the show.

“I’m so thankful to God for the chemistry because there was no way if there was such a thing sa aming tatlo until we started taping,” she said in an a recent interview at the set of the show.

The Megastar is also pleased to see that their audiences are enjoying their bantering when wooing a kid to join their team.

“Ang sarap na ang kasama mo dalawang super pros, super experts na parang icons. So parang I am so honored to be in such company,” she said.

Since she’s the newest coach, Sharon hopes that this season’s champion will come from her camp.

“Naku ang hirap sabihin na sa akin manggagaling, pero that’s a prayer,” she said. “I am praying na the champ will come from my camp. I’ll give all I’ve got, my 38 years of experience.”
