MANILA, Philippines – After Robin Padilla, Nadia Montenegro had enough of the bashing from social media.

On Monday, the actress has filed an identity theft complaint against the parody account using her name, with a Twitter handle @nadsmontengero.

“Nad Montenegro is not me,” she said in an interview with Gretchen Fulido, aired in ABS-CBN News program “TV Patrol” on Monday.

The actress felt bad that she’s being bashed when she didn’t say anything derogatory against anyone. The parody account has been bashing different celebrities and politicians, particularly Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.

“That’s the hard part, e, ‘yong hindi ikaw ang may kasalanan,” she said. “Kaya ako humihingi ng dispensa, ng pasensya, pasensya Mayor Digong kahit hindi naman na ako. Talaging poser.”

Myrtle Sarossa has also filed a complaint against the hacker of her social media accounts and email, which were linked to her personal banking account.

Once the persons involved in these incidents are traced, they could be imprisoned from six years and one day to twelve years, with a fine minimum of P200,000.

Last week, it was Robin Padilla who filed a libel complaint against Twitter user Miss Krissy after it claimed that he violated an election law.
