Sexy Talk with Jessy & Xian

HOOQ (pronounced hook) is an online streaming service that features the best Filipino movies (both indie and mainstream), as well as Hollywood movies and TV shows.

“HOOQ is a great platform to promote Filipino movies to people around the world,” said Jane Cruz-Walker, a former TV executive and a movie buff. “Initially, we are rolling out HOOQ in the Asian region to show how good Filipino films are and even our soaps.”

A start-up venture of Singtel, Sony Pictures Television and Warner Bros.  Entertainment, HOOQ offers more than 30,000 hours of content and more than 1,200 Hollywood movies.

“That’s why we love HOOQ,” agreed Jessy Mendiola and Xian Lim. “It gives more people a chance to watch and enjoy our movies.”

Incidentally, Jessy is the 2016 Tanduay Calendar Girl (the two photos above are from the calendar, showing Jessy at her sexiest best…so far). Xian still has to dare pose sexy. But the two are game in doing a “Sexy Talk.”

“Sexy is just being yourself.”

What motivates you?

“Mainly, my work. But it’s also feeling good about yourself and not just looking good.”

When do you feel sexy?

“I feel sexiest when I am all sweaty and working out at the gym.”

How can you make a man feel sexy?

“Siguro, by praising him for his good traits to boost his confidence?”

What part of your body do you consider sexy?

“My waist. Hindi kasi siya lumalaki kahit tumataba ako. Hahaha!”

What part of a man’s body do you consider sexy?

“I think a lot of girls will agree it’s the chest and abs.”

“Fifty Shades of Grey. I’ve read all three. Grabe!”

Sexiest movie?

“Fifty Shades of Grey also.”

Sexiest musical instrument?

“Saxophone.”

Sexiest song?

“Crazy in Love, the version from Fifty Shades of Grey and just about every song on the soundtrack.”

Sexiest TV show?

“Sex and the City.”

“Steak! I don’t know why. Hahahaha! I want it medium rare.”

“Hummer.”

“Siyempre, Avon! So Alluring is my favorite.”

“Sunset kasi it is also my favorite time of the day.”

“Ang hirap naman…dining room?”

“That’s hard. I think ‘yung shoot ko for Century Tuna!”

“Again, Fifty Shades and ‘yung sa Original Sin.”

“Just recently, I did a love scene with JC de Vera (in You’re My Home, a Kapamilya teleserye).”

Sexiest thing that you’ve ever done to yourself?

“Cut my hair really short.”

“Ay, that’s too private!”

“Bikini! One piece or two-piece.”

Sexiest face of somebody?

“Lips ni Angelina Jolie.”

Three men that you find sexy?

“JC de Vera, Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp.”

What is sexy to you?

“For me, sexy is all about confidence. Confidence in how you carry yourself, and being able to hold a conversation and maintaining that eye contact all throughout. When you are able to gaze into the eyes of the person, I guess that is very sexy.”

When do you feel sexy?

“I feel sexiest right after the gym, when I am all sweaty and I feel that all my hard work is paying off. Pagkatapos mong paghirapan ‘yung mga kailangan mong gawin na routines, then finally ‘yung makikita mo ‘yung end results.”

How can you make a woman feel sexy?

“I think by giving her compliments, maybe a bit of sweet talk, but not naman too excessive to the point na parang nambobola ka na, but just giving her honest remarks and praising her to make her feel special.”

What part of your body do you consider sexy?

“A lot of people would say abs or chest, but for me, I think it’s my back. I don’t know, ha kasi not a lot of people get to see it, di ba? Pero it also shows your hard work in the gym.”

Do you consider yourself sexy?

“I consider myself an ‘okay’ kind of person. Hindi naman umaabot sa point na ‘Wow! Damn, I’m sexy!’”(Laughs) “Kaya nga when you asked which part of my body I find sexy, I said my back kasi usually nakikita nila yung harapan so paano naman yung likod?”

What part of a woman’s body do you find sexy?

“Sa akin, the first thing I really notice is her hips. But aside from the hips, what attracts me most is the hair.”

Sexiest book?

“That’s a hard one. I can’t recall any sexy books that I have read.” 

Sexiest movie?

“The one with Angelina Jolie and Antonio Banderas, Original Sin. It’s super sexy.”

Sexiest musical instrument?

“Saxophone.”

Sexiest song?

“Hmm…I’m not sure what the title is but I think it’s The Whisper Song by the Ying Yang Twins. It’s not really popular but the lyrics and the rhythm, wow! I dare you to watch the video…you’ll be surprised!” (Note: The song is actually Wait [The Whisper Song] which is about a man whispering very sexually explicit messages into a woman’s ear…to turn her on.)

“Spartacus! Ibang klase yun!”

Sexiest food?

“Oysters.”

Sexiest car?

“I’m not really much of a car person, sakto lang. But I think a Ferrari or a Corvette is sexy.”

Sexiest perfume?

“For me, I’m not much into perfume. Mas gusto ko yung natural scent ng tao.”

Sexiest time of day?

“I am a morning person so I think daytime is sexier, and my reason for that is because we are at our most natural, and ‘raw’ state in the mornings. Usually kapag gabi nakapag-warm up na tayo, nakapag-ayos na, nakapag-make-up na and everything, so hindi na yun ang real look in a way.”

Sexiest part of the house?

“It has to be the kitchen.”

Sexiest animal?

“Fox.”

Sexiest billboard?

“I think it was the one of the first campaigns I did for a clothing brand (Mint), the very first one. That was one of the more daring shoots I’ve ever done.”

Sexiest scene that you have seen in a movie?

“Anything with Angelina Jolie and that one with Antonio Banderas in Original Sin.”

Sexiest scene that you’ve ever done?

“I haven’t done those kinds of scenes pa. It’s actually my first time to do a love scene in our teleserye, The Story of Us.”

Sexiest thing that you have ever done to yourself?

“I think it’s religiously going to the gym every single day because it really requires hard work and dedication.”

Sexiest thing that you have ever done to or with somebody?

“Just being able to do those intimate scenes, it takes guts ha. It’s not easy.”

Sexiest clothes?

“Not everyone might agree, but I am actually a conservative kind of guy. So the more wrapped up, the more they leave room for imagination, that’s sexy for me. It’s just more sexy kapag mas balot ang babae. It has more respect.”

Sexiest face of a woman?

“Angelina Jolie…her lips and eyes.”

“Angelina Jolie, Rachel McAdams and Jessica Alba.”
