Shaina on rumored John Lloyd-Bea romance: None of my business

MANILA, Philippines – Shaina Magdayao would rather not comment on the rumored romance between John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo.

John Lloyd is Shaina’s ex-boyfriend while Bea is one of her showbiz friends.

“I don't think kailangan kong mag-react,” replied Shaina when asked to react on the rumor, in an interview on Thursday. “That's totally out of the environment kung saan ako gumagalaw ngayon, and it's actually none of my business.”

The Kapamilya actress added she would rather focus on her work than meddle with the personal lives of her co-celebrities.

“Bakit ka pa gagawa ng friction with any other individual?” she said. “I'm just here, sa showbiz, sa mundong ito to work. And that's it, nothing else. Lahat itong ginagawa ko, it's just work.”

“My personal life is bigger than this world,” she added.

Now Shaina is happily single and pointed out that “walang kinalaman yung pagiging happy ko as a single person sa kanila,” referring to the recent breakup of John Lloyd and Angelica Panganiban.

Asked if there’s a chance for her to get back with her ex-boyfriend, Shaina replied, “Ayoko magsalita kasi wala naman po nangyayari pa.”

She’s also not dating anybody now since she’s busy with her work.

Shaina is starring in the second season of “Single, Single” with Matteo Guidicelli that will air on May 15, and a movie with Enrique Gil.
