Nadine Lustre: James is not a playboy

MANILA, Philippines – Nadine Lustre defended boyfriend and onscreen partner James Reid from those who label him as a “playboy.”

Recently, a video clip of James with two ladies circulated online a few weeks after they have admitted their relationship.

“Well ‘yong doon naman po sa video, ‘yong nasa video kilala ko naman po ‘yon. So hindi naman po ako [affected],” she said in an interview aired in “Tonight with Boy Abunda” on Tuesday.

“[He’s] not naman playboy,” she added.

Meanwhile, Nadine was asked about the surprise prepared by James for her when they were in Paris, France for their “JaDine In Love” tour.

The Kapamilya actor brought his girlfriend in a park in the heart of Paris, and prepared some of her favorite food.

“Nakakakilig!” the Kapamilya actress exclaimed when asked to react about the surprise.

Although Nadine and her “love” James were very open about their relationship, some are still skeptical about it, thinking that it’s all for show.

“If ayaw naman po nila maniwala, it’s up to them. Basta ang importante po me and James, we know what’s real and we know the truth,” Nadine said.

The couple has an upcoming movie, “This Time” which will be in cinemas on May 4. – Joyce Jimenez
