James Yap expecting baby with Italian gf Michela Cazzola

MANILA, Philippines - James Yap is having a child with his Italian girlfriend, Michela Cazzola.

In a column by Philippine Star entertainment editor Ricky Lo published Saturday, Michela confirmed that she is pregnant.

"Yes, I am. Four months, going on my fifth month," Michela said, adding that she plans to give birth in the Philippines.

Michela works for Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Philippines for almost eight years now. In a previous interview with Ricky Lo, Michela said she met James at an outing for ADB. They've been together since 2012.

James' child with Michela will be his third; the basketball player has a son with former wife Kris Aquino and an older child with an ex-girlfriend.
