Meanwhile, currently running until March 6, from Tuesdays to Sundays at the PETA-PHINMA Theater of the PETA Theater Center is 3 Stars and a Sun. if you were among those who enjoyed watching the record-breaking Rak of Aegis, then here is another show you should not missed. Performing will be PETA’s talented group of singers and actors in an all-Filipino musical.

A dystopian tale set in the future, 3 Stars and a Sun is about the inhabitants of The Stormdome, refugees from intolerable weather conditions who dare to rise up against their tyrannical ruler Vidame Inky. It was created by playwrights Mixkaela Villalon and Rody Vera and directed by Nor Domingo with music direction by Myke Solomon. The best thing about it though is that, in a great salute to Filipino music, the musical uses the songs of rapper Francis Magalona like Mga Kababayan Ko to bring the socio-politically charged tale to life.

Call (02) 725-6244 or visit petatheater.com and ticketworld.com.ph for tickets and inquiries.
