Gary V Presents at Resorts World, Oct. 30 & 31

MANILA, Philippines - Gary Valenciano returns to the concert scene fully charged and highly energized as ever, in Gary V Presents… at Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World on Oct. 30 and 31 at 8 p.m.

It should be noted that prior to his sold-out Valentine concert Ultimate, which happened early this year at SM Mall of Asia Arena, where he shared the stage with fellow OPM icons Martin Nievera, Lani Misalucha and Regine Velasquez, Gary’s last solo concert was the critically-acclaimed and box-office smash Arise Gary V 3.0, which marked his 30th anniversary in the business.

Gary V Presents… will feature Gary with his personal choice of new and up-and-coming artists. Gary’s line-up of guest artists consists of Bullet Dumas, Carla Guevara-Laforteza, Jannice Javier, Jimmy Javier, Katrina Velarde, Lara Maigue, Maki Ricafort, Mitoy Yonting, Monique Lualhati, Timmy Pavino and RJ dela Fuente.

These artists are all known for their artistry and the respective musical genres they each represent. Most of these artists were catapulted to mainstream recognition after they became part of different talent competitions on national TV. Gary chose them to be part of the concert on the basis of their individual achievements as solo artists as they are rapidly conquering the fields of recording, live shows and local bar circuits, theater and television.

The repertoire of the show will showcase Gary’s chart-topping hits as well as a sampling of the songs that have been identified with him for the past 32 years. With Mon Faustino as musical director and Paolo Valenciano as co-director, each of the songs will be re-arranged to highlight each of the guest artists’ respective genres in their spot numbers, as well as in their production numbers with Gary.
